Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Sorsia ("we", "our", "us") collects when you use our app, how we use it, and the choices you have. Sorsia is a team planning and resource-allocation tool currently offered as an early-access product.
Information we collect
- Account details - your name and email address, plus any optional profile information you choose to add (job title, organisation, department, profile photo). Your password is handled by our authentication provider and stored only in hashed form; we never see it.
- Workspace content - the projects, tasks, team members, schedules, deliverables, notes and related information you create in the app.
- Technical data - the minimal cookies and session tokens needed to keep you signed in, and standard server logs.
How we use your information
We use your information only to provide and operate the service: to authenticate you, to store and synchronise your workspace, to provide AI-assisted features you ask for, and to contact you about your account or early-access. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
AI-assisted features
When you use an AI feature (for example, generating a task list from a brief), the text you submit is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (the Claude API), which returns the generated result. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, inputs and outputs are not used to train their models. Only the content you choose to submit to these features is processed this way - the rest of your workspace is not sent to the AI provider.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored and processed by our infrastructure providers:
- Supabase - database and authentication.
- Vercel - application hosting.
- Anthropic - processing of content submitted to AI features only.
These providers act as our processors and may store data on servers outside your country.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access is protected by authentication and row-level security so that you can only reach your own workspace. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Data retention and your rights
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to close your account, by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your workspace data from our active systems.
Children
Sorsia is not directed to children and is intended for use by people aged 16 or over.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
