Early access

Sorsia is offered as an early-access product. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while we continue to develop it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to store or share unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to break, probe, or circumvent the security of the service or access data that is not yours.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or abuse the service (including its AI features) in ways that place unreasonable load on our systems.

AI-generated content

AI-assisted features produce suggestions that may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on it.

Plans and payment

Some features and usage levels - such as AI generation beyond the free monthly allowance, or premium features - may require a paid plan or a manually granted early-access entitlement. Availability and pricing may change during the early-access period. Anything generally available remains free as described in the app.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the service. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, store, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service to you (including sending content you submit to AI features to our AI provider, as described in our Privacy Policy).

Our intellectual property

The service itself - including its software, design, and branding - belongs to us. These terms do not grant you any rights to it beyond using the service as intended.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if we need to do so to protect the service or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
